What is included in the ticket price?

200 wines rated 90+ for you to taste (red, white, rosé, sparkling and dessert), a beautiful souvenir Riedel™ wine glass, and a delicious selection of food to enjoy.

What is included in the VIP ticket?

Everything outlined above plus an extra hour to taste.

What time does the Grand Tour Start?

The event runs from 6:00-10:00 PM with a VIP hour from 6:00-7:00 PM.

What is the dress code?

Business casual 

Do we have to create a Tixr fan account to purchase tickets?

Yes, in order to purchase tickets to any wine, whisky, or cigar event you must first create a Tixr fan account. However, you will only have to go though this process once. You can use the same log in information moving forward. If you have any issues creating your account please email support@tixr.com

I can't find my ticket to the event?

Tickets will be emailed to you via our ticketing partner, Tixr. If you can not find you ticket please reach out to support@tixr.com.

How do I request a refunds or exchange?

A refund (minus processing fees) is available for all tickets until February 26th after that there are no more refunds. If you need to request a refund or exchange please send your request to support@tixr.com.

Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?

Yes, you can! To transfer your ticket please log in to your fan account on Tixr.com, click on "my events" to view your Grand Tour ticket.  Once you see the event click on "manage transfers" and follow the prompts to transfer your ticket. Please note, this you may only transfer your ticket once. If you have any issues please reach out to support@tixr.com

What are the health and safety requirements?

While there are no required health and safety protocols for the Grand Tour (proof of vaccination is not required to attend), however as a courtesy to all of those attending, we request that all attendees please consider the following

  • Please consider taking a COVID-19 rapid at-home test the day before the event.

  • If you have a positive result, we respectfully request that you do not attend the event. Questions regarding a positive test result can be directed to events@mshanken.com.

  • If you wish to wear a mask and have forgotten one we will be supplying them at Will Call upon request.

Will there be food at the tasting?

Yes, there will be a light buffet with a variety of options to enjoy during the tasting.
